About Us

At Lack of Law, we are dedicated to helping those from non-law backgrounds explore opportunities in the legal field.

Our founder, Rachael, on her path towards a legal career, has had to contend with mislabeled work experience opportunities, a struggle to understand exactly how to keep up with law students, and how to use her endeavours and prior experience to add to her application.

Such a struggle, all while balancing studies, a social life, and self-care, is easily avoidable, but only if all of this information is easily accessible and collated in one space; thus, Lack of Law was born.

Our unique approach offers targeted resources and expert advice, making the legal education pathway accessible and achievable for everyone.

Providing advice on pathways, work experience opportunities where the Ts and Cs are read for that, with a team of successful lawyers and trainees ready to answer your questions: Lack of Law is the essential site for all aspiring non-law graduates and students ready to make an impact on the legal word.

 Our founder and mentor team

Our legal mentors all started their journey from non-law degrees. Each has achieved notable success in their field and is equipped and happy to be contacted on whatever questions you might have for them.

Our founder is committed to helping you succeed, and thus, if you want to pursue a sector of law you feel is not catered to on Lack of Law, you have a general query or would like to be involved in this project please do get in contact
